Alan Chilcoat

Alan Chilcoat is a Broker Associate with InterWest Properties, Inc., dba InterWest Realty and has worked in the real estate industry since the late 1980’s. He started his career at Jelley Company, in Encinitas, CA (a suburb of San Diego), and after his first few years there was hired away by Coldwell Banker.

Alan moved home to Oklahoma in the late 1990’s where he has since worked in commercial real estate successfully closing several office complexes, self-storage facilities, apartment communities, and mobile home parks. Also having successfully closed several industrial properties, his primary focus now is in the industrial market in Oklahoma City.
