Brad W. Huffman

Brad Huffman is a principal and Vice President of InterWest Properties, Inc., dba InterWest Realty. Brad specializes in the acquisition and disposition of income producing properties with an emphasis on apartment complexes, vehicle-related retail and traditional retail, office, and commercial land. With a focus on improving cash flow and resident retention, Brad also provides asset management and consulting services to owners of multiple apartment complexes located within the state of Oklahoma.

Prior to joining InterWest Realty, Brad was a Sr. Buyer Executive for a prominent technology company in California with a multi-million dollar budget. There, Brad was responsible for overseeing all aspects of purchasing and price negotiations. Brad served our country honorably as a United States Marine and attended San Diego State University where he studied project management.

Brad is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA), Oklahoma City Metro Association of Realtors (OKCMAR), and the Commercial Real Estate Council (CREC). Brad has been a guest speaker/instructor for the Art of Real Estate (AORE) for the last five years instructing and lecturing on various subjects related to commercial real estate including asset management and acquisition evaluation.
