Chad Elmore

Chad Elmore is an Advisor with InterWest Properties, Inc., dba InterWest Realty with a focus on commercial real estate sales and leasing.

Beginning his sales career in 1990, Piedmont native Chad has been a key participant in the comeback of Oklahoma City's northern downtown neighborhood, the urban revitalization community known as Midtown. A formerly blighted area, Midtown is now home to the city's most exciting office, medical, retail, and entertainment opportunities.

Since 2006, Elmore has brokered dozens of Midtown investment properties, including the sale of the historic Osler Building and several nearby Automobile Alley properties. At InterWest Realty, Elmore continues his sales and leasing in the investment, retail, and office sectors. He also serves on the board of the Midtown Redevelopment Corporation.
