George W. Huffman

George W. Huffman is founder, CEO and Managing Broker of InterWest Properties, Inc., dba InterWest Realty. George served in the United States Air Force for four years after which he attended the University of Oklahoma and University of Central Oklahoma where he graduated in 1977 with a BA degree in Business Administration. Immediately upon graduation, George entered the field of commercial real estate as a Senior Property Manager with Realtec Property Management, an OKC firm owned by American Fidelity Insurance. Within three years he accepted a position as Director of Property Management with Spalding & Sly, a Boston-based development company responsible for the major growth spurt of the Oklahoma City downtown and suburban office markets in the late 1970’s and 80’s. During that time, he managed, leased and brought on line millions of square feet of office space in the OKC Metro Area.

 

From its inception in 1981 to the present, as the Broker/Principal of InterWest Realty George has lead a dynamic team of Commercial Real Estate Professionals serving clients’ needs in every facet of commercial income producing properties. In addition to third party representation of many loyal clients, he has also accumulated ownership in and/or manages over thirty larger commercial properties whereby he is typically the Managing Member with full fiduciary accountability.
