William J Lavender

J Lavender is the Vice President of Investment Sales of InterWest Properties, Inc., dba InterWest Realty and brings over twenty-five years of entrepreneurial business background in the financial services business. During the 1980’s and 1990’s he was partner in two start-up financial services concerns that were later sold to two separate national retail investment companies in multi-million dollar transactions. Following those sales, J was recruited to become the National Sales Manager for a large mid-western life insurance and investment subsidiary growing annual sales from $100 million to well over $1 billion in less than four years.

J graduated Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and minoring in Marketing. He is an avid golfer and among his many accomplishments in amateur golf, he recently won the Oklahoma State Senior Amateur played at the Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club.

J was recruited by InterWest founder, President & CEO, George W. Huffman after relocating to Oklahoma City and brings a new and unique perspective to InterWest Realty given his background in successfully building and growing companies from “the ground up” and successfully reaching the pinnacle of the financial services industry in the US.
