Joel Walker

Joel Walker is a is an Advisor with InterWest Properties, Inc., dba InterWest Realty and a development and industrial specialist. Joel is the fourth generation in his family to be in the Real Estate business in Oklahoma City and has developed a diverse set of projects that range from single family developments such as Oak Tree Park, Dowden Park, Westcreek Estates, to HUD housing for Native Americans, multifamily developments and industrial parks.

Joel has focused on industrial developments since 2002 with a portfolio of several large industrial parks that include Old Towne Industrial Park, Rice Industrial Park, Westport Commerce Park, and Superior Industrial Park. Joel also has extensive experience in build-to-suit industrial projects such as Stinger Wellhead, Radiotronix, Owen Oil Tool, Wellmark Cemco Major, Kenworth among others. This portfolio of industrial projects totals $20 million dollars.

Joel has a B.S in Economics from Northwestern University in Chicago. He is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and trains MMA fighters at his school, High Plains Jiu Jitsu and MMA in his native Oklahoma City. He is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Council of Oklahoma City and serves on the board of NHUMC, Leadership Canadian County and a member of the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce.
