Mark Caldwell

Mark Caldwell is a Broker Associate with InterWest Properties, Inc., dba InterWest Realty. Mark obtained his real estate license in the early 1970’s after graduating from University of Central Oklahoma with a real estate bachelor’s degree. He has taught real estate courses for Francis Tuttle and Rose State College and continuing education courses required for licensing for various schools such as the Marie Burroughs School of Real Estate.

Mark has specialized in commercial real estate for over 30 years in a variety of capacities such as having been a receiver for the OKC Small Business Administration and an owner/investor in several commercial properties. Over his career, Mark has represented many institutional owners such as Burger King & Sonic franchisees.
